As part of an enhanced summer schedule WestJet, Canada's leading low cost airline announced yesterday that they will launch seasonal non-stop daily service to Vancouver from the Region of Waterloo International Airport starting June 27, 2010. 

Residents of The Regional Municipality of Waterloo will benefit from federal and provincial infrastructure funding to construct a new combined Airport/Fleet Maintenance and Fire Hall Services Facility, announced today by Harold Albrecht, MP for Kitchener-Conestoga and Leeanna Pendergast, MPP for Kitchener-Conestoga.
