American Airlines Daily Jet Service to Chicago O’Hare Celebrates 1st Anniversary at the Region of Waterloo International Airport
Waterloo Region – Today the Region of Waterloo International Airport (YKF) and American Airlines will celebrate the 1st anniversary of their daily non-stop jet service between Chicago O'Hare International Airport and Waterloo Region.

"This Chicago service provides our businesses and residents with easy access to the U.S. and destinations worldwide."
American Airlines has operated at O’Hare since 1955. American Airlines, American Eagle and the AmericanConnection® carrier serve 116 airports in more than 11 countries and territories from Chicago O’Hare with, on average, more than 474 daily flights (departures). O’Hare provides travellers with quick access to Chicago’s central business district and connectivity to cities around the world. O’Hare has been voted the best airport in North America for eight consecutive years by Global Traveler, a leading travel magazine.
