Customs Inspections
Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) is available to provide Customs Clearance. Regular hours of operations at the Region of Waterloo International Airport are Monday to Friday 0700 - 2300 local time. During these hours, please call 1-888-CANPASS (1-888-226-7277).
After hours service is also available (2300 - 0700) Monday to Friday and 24 hours a day on Saturday, Sunday and the following statutory holidays: New Year´s Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, August Civic holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Monday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Customs will require two hour notice for this after hour service and can be contacted at 1-888-CANPASS (1-888-226-7277). The fee for after hour service is $250.00. Payments can be made by VISA, MasterCard, cash, cheque or invoiced.
