Arrivals and Departures
Flight information is provided by the Region of Waterloo International Airport on behalf of the airlines. It is the airlines' responsibility to maintain flight information. To confirm information contact your airline directly.

Baggage restrictions vary by airline. For information on baggage allowances contact the airline directly.
Visit Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA) for information on restricted items and packing tips.
If you had an item confiscated during your security screening you must indicate at the time of confiscation that you would like to have the item returned. Items must be picked up within 90 days or they will be destroyed. If you do not indicate that you would like your item returned, it will be destroyed after 30 days.
The Airport permits vehicles to pull up in front of the Main Terminal Building to drop off/ pick up passengers. Parking Information and Rates
Accessible parking spaces are located beside the rental car / ground transportation area and in the overflow parking lot. Access spaces through the Main Parking Lot Entrance. For drivers who do not have an Accessible Parking Permit, but are driving passengers that require assistance, contact your Airline before you arrive at the Airport to make the necessary arrangements.
Parking tickets can be paid at the Township of Woolwich Office or by mail.

The airlines operating at the airport offer on-site wheelchair assistance for guests with physical limitations. Contact the airline prior to departure in order arrange this service.
A cafe, sit-down dining and licensed food service areas are available in the Main Lobby and Departures Lounge of the Air Terminal Building.
The airport offers free high-speed wireless Internet service throughout the Air Terminal Building. Visitors can connect using a laptop or wireless device by enabling their wireless adapters and connecting to the "RMOW-Public" airport network.
